SYSTEMIC COACHING
Throughout our existence, we belong and change, simultaneously, within many systems, from our personal spheres to universal ones that regard several social groups. It is important to depict which ones are these and how we interact with them, consciously or not. In every role we assume, we are automatically immersed in numerous large-scale systems as well as smaller ones.
For example, when looking into your personal life, you belong to several systems: your family, your partner’s family, the country you live and were born in, your culture, the languages you speak, your career, et cetera. Quite often, the central focus relates to the family system, which also encompasses your ancestral background and the generations before you.

These all carry specific intercommunications that may dictate how we behave and conduct ourselves. This approach relies on the art of questioning, combined with inhabiting the space for the client to lead the process, and invariably work in favor of the whole system’s success.
So, what are the beliefs penetrating each system? Once our perspective is shifted to acknowledge and consider the systemic context, it allows us to see where the energetic notions are, the traumas and patterns that hold us back, and ultimately, release them. This way we can address the specific issues that arise, aiming towards its resolution, the natural systemic intelligence and the resources to freely expand and flow in harmony.
